Undergraduate Internships Each semester we are able to accept 1-2 interns into our program. Internships include experiences shadowing our providers during educational consultation, ABA programming, behavior consultation and through direct experiences working with individuals with autism through our clinic programming and with our community partners. Interns will be an integral part of the day-to-day administrative operations of our clinic, gaining a wide range of skills and experience. Interested? Apply Here.
Our VBA tutors (behavior technicians) work one on one with clients 2-10 hours per week. Tutors are expected to go through our ABA training, shadow our lead VBA tutor, obtain CPR and First Aid certification prior to being assigned to a case. Once a tutor has completed their training, they will be trained by their supervising BCBA on the treatment plan created for their client. Tutors should have a background in ABA, experience working with clients with autism and/or developmental disabilities, and be able to make a long-term commitment to working with a client. Ongoing professional development will be provided by BCPS and is a requirement for VBA tutors. Are you passionate about providing individuals with autism the highest level of care? Apply Here.
