After-Hours Coverage 

Our regular office hours are 8 am-5 pm, however, emergency phone coverage is provided. Our clinical director can be reached after hours through our phone system. Simply call our phone number, 252-751-0518, dial 8. All emergency calls will be returned within 12-24 hours.

Client Rights

We take our responsibility to you, our clients, seriously. We strive to keep each client informed of his/her rights, enact policies that protect those rights, and have safeguards in place to prevent incidents that would infringe on client rights. You can contact our office if you have any questions about our policies and procedures. You can also find resources in our client handbook regarding your rights and who to contact with any concerns about your rights. You can email clientrights@bcp-autism.com to report any concerns you may have.
